Transformasi Peran Gender dalam Keluarga: Implikasi terhadap Hukum Perkawinan dan Sistem Pendidikan

Abstract


The transformation of gender roles within families has become an increasingly prominent issue in recent decades. The shifting of traditional roles between husbands and wives in the family has had significant implications for marriage laws and the education system. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of changing gender roles in the family and their impact on legal and educational aspects. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from various reliable sources. The research results show that gender roles in the family have undergone a transformation, where the wife is no longer solely a housewife, but also plays a role as the primary breadwinner. This has an impact on the need to adjust marriage laws to accommodate these changing roles. In addition, the education system must also adapt to promote gender equality and prepare the younger generation to face the increasingly dynamic changes in gender roles. The conclusion of this article is that the transformation of gender roles in the family requires a comprehensive response in terms of law and education to ensure justice and well-being for all family members.
