Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Bisnis Kuliner Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

The main topic of this study relates to the Analisis Strategi Pengembangan BisnisKuliner Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi Kasus Jalangkote Dan DonatKentang Recing Center Kecamatan Panakukang Kelurahan Karampung KotaMakassar) .So the purpose of this research is 1). To find out the businessdevelopment strategy implemented by jalangkote and recing potato donut shops, 2)To see Islamic Economic Law regarding the business strategy implemented injalangkote and recing potato donut shopsThis research is a type of field research, using two types of data sources, namelyprimary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by observation,interview and documentation methods. The data that has been collected is thenanalyzed using a descriptive approach, namely the approach used to analyze databy describing the data that has been collected as it is.Based on the results of the research, it can be interpreted that the businessdevelopment strategies implemented by Jalangkote shops and Recing PotatoDonuts are joint combination strategies, namely vertical integration strategies(forward integration strategies, backward integration strategies, and horizontalintegration strategies), intensive strategies (market penetration strategies andproduct development strategies), and diversification strategies implementingrelated/concentric diversification strategies. If analyzed with Islamic economics,the strategies applied by jalangkote and recing potato donut shops in general are inaccordance with the existing theory. In this case the jalangkote and recing potatodonut shop does not only focus on strategies in general, but the jalangkote andrecing potato donut shop also does not forget the things that are regulated by theIslamic religion.
