Hubungan Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak Peserta Didik Kelas VII di SMPIT Duruusul Qur'an Islamic School Kota Makassar

Abstract


This thesis discusses the Relationship between Learning Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class VII Students in SMPIT DURUUSUL Quran Islamic School Kota Makassar Regency. This study aims to determine (1) the learning motivation of students in class VII Islamic Education Subjects at SMPIT DURUUSUL Qur'an Islamic School Makassar, (2). Learning outcomes of students in class VII Akidah Akhlak Subjects at SMPIT DURUUSUL Qur'an Islamic School Makassar, (3) the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of Islamic Education Subjects Class VII Students at SMPIT DURUUSUL Qur'an Islamic School Makassar This type of research is quantitative research using a correlational approach. The population in this study was all grade VII students at SMPIT DURUUSUL Qur'an Islamic School Makassar which amounted to 105 students. The sample in this study amounted to 32 respondents using simple random sampling techniques. The instruments used in this study used questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reality. Of the 40 statement items tested, there are 35 valid statements with a reliability value of 0.874. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson Product Moment Correlation test. The results of this study showed that: (1) learning motivation was in the medium category with an average value (M) of 128, (2) learning outcomes were in the medium category with an average value (M) of 71.61, (3) obtained a calculation of 0.473 > 0.355 table at a significance level of 5%, or 0.456 at a significance level of 1%, then Ho was rejected and Ha was shouted. This means that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the learning outcomes of grade VII students at SMPIT DURUUSUL Qur'an Islamic School Makassar in the range of 0.40 - 0.599 which is interpreted as included in the medium correlation category. This is based on the calculation of learning motivation variables and learning outcomes with a coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.28 or 28.0%.
