Pengaruh Religiusitas, Literasi Keuangan Syariah, dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan BSI Hasanah Card

Abstract


This study aims to analyze and explain the role of religiosity in moderating the influence of Islamic financial literacy and lifestyle on customer decisions using the BSI Hasanah Card at BSI KCP Makassar Perttarani. Research using quantitative methods with purposive sampling method as many as 70 Data analysis using multiple analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA) test. The results showed that: 1) Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions using the BSI Hasanah Card, 2) Lifestyle has a positive effect on customer decisions using the BSI Hasanah Card, 3) Religiosity is able to moderate the influence and can strengthen the relationship between Islamic financial literacy on customer decisions using the BSI Hasanah Card, 4) Religiosity is able to moderate the influence and can strengthen the relationship between lifestyle on customer decisions using the BSI Hasanah card. The implication of this research is that the higher a person's Islamic financial literacy, the more his interest in using BSI Hasanah Card products will increase. Likewise, a higher lifestyle will increase interest in using BSI Hasanah Card products. The religiosity in a person's decision making is considered to be able to influence and strengthen Islamic financial literacy and lifestyle to use the BSI Hasanah Card
