Analisis Upaya Pemberdayaan Mustahik Melalui Program Z-Mart BAZNAS Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Di Kota Makassar

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this researchare how is the Z-mart BAZNAS Program implemented in South Sulawesi Province in Empowering Mustahik in MakassarandHow to implement the steps that are important to pay attention to so that the distribution of productive zakat funds for economic empowerment can have an impact on the welfare of the people in the Z-Mart BAZNAS Program of South Sulawesi Province in Makassar. In this study, a qualitative research method was used using purposive sampling to determine informants, with interview and documentation data collection methods. The results of this research are that there is a pre-activity stage where an assessment is carried out (filtering mustahik), an implementation stage namely providing capital and carrying out basic group training and supervision, then an evaluation stage with making a report. In implementing important steps in the distribution of zakat funds so that empowerment has an impact on the welfare of the people, in the aspect of significant capital, mustahik are given sufficient capital in the form of goods, in the aspect of business feasibility studies, assessments are carried out on prospective mustahik, as well as the implementation of Basic Training The group's aspects of management and entrepreneurship training were not optimal because it was not routine so the teaching material in the Z-Mart syllabus was not fully taught. In the aspect of coaching and supervision, coaching is carried out through training (LDK), supervision is carried out by asking whether the goods have been sold or not and whether the goods are useful.
