Strategi Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar (Self Regulated Learning) Peserta Didik Kelas XI SMA Islam Athirah Bukit Baruga Makassar

Abstract


Technological developments and the acceleration of globalization are challenges for educational institutions to provide education that suits the needs and future challenges of students. Increasing students' learning independence is an important responsibility of guidance and counseling teachers.

This research uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. The qualitative data collected is in the form of information regarding guidance and counseling teacher strategies related to increasing aspects of students' learning independence. The aim is to motivate educational institutions to continue producing students as graduates who have good learning independence.

Data is presented in a descriptive narrative to describe the strategies of guidance and counseling teachers. The results of the research show that the guidance and counseling teacher's strategy in the form of a persuasive approach, providing various activities and tutoring programs can increase the learning independence (Self Regulated Learning) of class XI students at Athirah Bukit Baruga Islamic High School.
